Vivelyy (“Vivelyy,” “we,” “us”) runs data-driven marketing and influencer campaigns for local businesses — restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and neighborhood spots. This policy covers vivelyy.com and every service, form, and campaign tool linked to it.

It applies to three groups: visitors browsing the site, clients who hire us to run campaigns, and creators who partner with us on influencer content. Where the rules differ by group, we say so.

Information we collect.

We collect only what we need to run campaigns, manage relationships, and keep the site working.

You give us directly

• Contact details — name, email, phone number, business name, when you fill out a form, book a call, or sign up as a client or creator.
• Business & campaign details — business type, location, goals, budget, social handles, content links, and performance data tied to a campaign.
• Billing information — handled by our payment processor (see “Who we share with” below); we don't store full card numbers on our own servers.
• Anything you send us — messages, creative briefs, attachments, or feedback.

We collect automatically

• Usage data — pages viewed, links clicked, time on site, referring URL.
• Device data — browser type, operating system, IP address, approximate location derived from IP.

From other sources

• Publicly available social media data (for creators we're evaluating or working with).

Who sees your information.

We don't sell personal information. We share it only where it's needed to run our business:

• Creators & clients — when a client and creator are matched for a campaign, relevant campaign details (not private billing info) are shared between them.
• Service providers — payment processors, email and CRM tools, hosting, and analytics providers, bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms.
• Legal & safety — where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights and safety of Vivelyy, our clients, or the public.
• Business transfers — if Vivelyy is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may transfer as part of that deal, under the same protections described here.

What you control.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Delete your information, subject to legal retention needs.
• Restrict or object to certain processing, including marketing.
• Port your data to another provider in a usable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing relies on it.

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, correct inaccuracies, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (Vivelyy does not sell personal information). We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

How long we keep it, and how we protect it.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — typically for the length of our relationship plus a period required for tax, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes, after which it's deleted or anonymized.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and limited internal access — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep risk low and respond quickly if something goes wrong.

We respect your privacy. Your mobile number and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Children's privacy

Vivelyy's site and services are directed at businesses and creators, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

International transfers

Vivelyy is based in the United States, and information may be processed there or by service providers in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

Our site may link to creator profiles, social platforms, or partner sites. We aren't responsible for their privacy practices — check their own policies.
